They are yours, and they stay yours

Everything you write in Hustlo is yours: ideas, projects, brand kits, products, clients, notes and files. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as section 7 of the terms says.

We don't sell data, we don't show ads and we don't use it to train artificial intelligence. Hustlo does not send your content to AI services.

None of us looks inside your workspace. Support can come in only if you allow it, from Settings → Security, and only for 24 hours. Every access is logged.

Everyone in their own workspace

Every record carries the mark of its workspace and the app checks it on every read. Automated tests check, on every code change, that nobody can see another workspace's data.

Files, such as logos, receipts, product photos and invoices, have no public address: they open only inside the app, after you sign in, from your workspace. You share only the workspace you invite your partner to.

A login that is hard to steal

• Encrypted connection across the whole site and app, always.
• We don't store passwords in plain text: not even we can read them. When you choose one, the app checks it against lists of stolen passwords and asks you to change it if it's there.
• Two-step verification with an authenticator app, if you want it. In Settings → Security you see where you're signed in and can sign out of every other device with one click.
• After too many wrong attempts, sign-in pauses for a minute, and a Cloudflare check keeps bots out.
• Your VAT details are encrypted inside the database too.

Where it lives, and the copies

• Servers in the European Union: the app and database on Hetzner, in Germany or Finland; files and backups on Cloudflare R2, with data kept in the EU.
• A database backup every night, kept for 30 days with a different provider from the server: if one has a problem, the other has the data.
• Once a month we restore a backup as a test, to know it really works.

Leave whenever you want, with everything

• Export all your data whenever you want, on the Free plan too, from Settings → Data.
• If you delete your account you have 30 days to change your mind; then the data is deleted for good, and from backups within another 30 days.
• If you move to a lower plan you lose nothing: whatever goes over the plan's limit stays readable.

If something goes wrong

App errors reach us right away, through a service that keeps data in the EU. If a data breach ever happened, we would notify the Italian data protection authority within 72 hours and you without delay, as the GDPR requires.
