Terms of service
Ultimo aggiornamento: October 13, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Italian version prevails.
These terms govern your use of Hustlo, the online business manager available at app.gethustlo.com (the "service"). By creating an account you accept them. Read them together with the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Refund policy, which form part of them.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Vincenzo Antenucci, sole proprietorship, VAT number [to be added], registered office at [address to be added] ("Hustlo", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
Hustlo is an online workspace to manage the projects, tasks, products, tests and campaigns, clients, finances, subscriptions and documents of a business you run on your own. The areas and limits of each plan are described on the Pricing page, in the version in force when you subscribe.
We improve the service continuously: we may add, change or remove features. If we remove an essential feature of a paid plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel with a refund for the unused part of the period.
3. Account
- To use Hustlo you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- The information you provide at sign-up must be true and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens in your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us right away.
- Each account is personal. On plans with two users you can invite a partner to your workspace: the workspace owner remains the person who subscribed to the plan, and they decide access and shared data.
4. Plans, trial and payments
- Free plan: free of charge with no expiry, within the limits shown on the Pricing page.
- Trial: when you sign up you get a 7-day trial of the full plan, with no card required. At the end of the trial, if you don't choose a paid plan, your workspace moves to the Free plan without losing any data.
- Prices: shown on the Pricing page and inclusive of VAT for consumers. If you buy as a business with a valid EU VAT number, VAT is applied according to the rules of your country.
- Paddle: subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects the payment, applies VAT, sends you the receipt and handles refunds and disputes. Payment is also governed by Paddle's buyer terms, which are shown to you at checkout.
- Automatic renewal: monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until you cancel. For annual subscriptions we will email you before the renewal.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then your workspace moves to the Free plan without losing any data.
- Changing plans: you can switch between plans and from monthly to annual; Paddle prorates the difference.
- Failed payment: Paddle retries for a few days and notifies you. If the payment does not go through within 14 days, your workspace moves to the Free plan.
- Price changes: if we raise the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to; you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason (Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, Codice del consumo). We go further: within 14 days of your first payment we refund the full amount, even if you have already used the service. To request it, write to [email protected] or use the model withdrawal form in Annex I, Part B, of the Consumer Code. Details are in the Refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hustlo to:
- carry out illegal or fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe the rights of others, including copyright and personal data;
- upload viruses, malicious code or unlawful content;
- try to access workspaces, accounts or systems that are not yours, or bypass security measures and plan limits;
- overload the service with automated requests, copy it, resell it or derive its source code, except as permitted by law.
If you break these rules we may suspend your account, notifying you and, where possible, giving you a chance to fix the problem. In serious or urgent cases, such as an ongoing attack or unlawful content, we may suspend it immediately.
7. Your data and your content
- Everything you put into Hustlo remains yours. You grant us only the permission to store, process and display it to the extent needed to provide the service.
- You can export all your data at any time, including on the Free plan, from Settings → Data.
- You can delete your account from the same page: your data stays recoverable for 30 days and is then permanently deleted, including backups within a further 30 days.
- We back up every day, but we recommend that you regularly export your most important data.
8. Data processing agreement
When you enter personal data of other people into Hustlo, such as clients, suppliers or collaborators, you are the data controller and we are the data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. For this data we commit to:
- process it only to provide the service and according to your instructions, which are these terms and the way you use the app;
- ensure that anyone processing it on our behalf is bound by confidentiality;
- take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it;
- use only the sub-processors listed in the Privacy policy, bound by equivalent obligations, and notify you before adding new ones, so that you can object by canceling;
- help you respond to requests from data subjects and with security and breach notification obligations;
- notify you without undue delay of any breach affecting this data;
- delete it or return it to you when your account is closed, unless the law requires otherwise;
- provide you with the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.
9. Calculations, estimates and invoices
Hustlo helps you run the numbers: margins, break-even point, tax and social security contribution estimates, a dashboard for the Italian flat-rate regime (regime forfettario), deadlines. These are estimates based on the data you enter and on general rules, with the formulas always visible. They are not tax, legal or financial advice and do not replace the opinion of an accountant. Always check important decisions with a professional.
Hustlo can import the electronic invoices you receive or issue, to read and organize them, but it does not issue electronic invoices and does not send them to the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI), the Italian e-invoicing exchange system. Tax obligations remain your responsibility.
10. Service availability
We do our best to keep Hustlo always available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be maintenance windows, which we try to schedule at low-usage times and to announce in advance when they are long, as well as interruptions caused by providers or by events outside our control.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence and, in any case, within the mandatory limits set by consumer protection law.
Outside these cases, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profits or lost opportunities, nor for decisions made based on the app's estimates. Our total liability toward users of a paid plan does not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months; the Free plan is provided as is.
You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you use the service.
12. Intellectual property
The software, the Hustlo brand, the website, the templates, the guides and the service's texts belong to us or to our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for as long as your account exists, only within the service. You are free to adapt the templates and guides you use for your work within your workspace.
13. Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you want. We can close it with 30 days' notice, refunding the part of the period already paid and not used, or immediately in case of a serious breach of these terms. In both cases you can export your data before closure, unless the law or an authority prevents it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; if you don't accept them, you can cancel before that date. Changes required by law may take effect sooner.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live still apply and, for disputes, the court of the place where you reside has jurisdiction. If you use Hustlo for your professional or business activity, the courts of [city to be added] have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before going to court, write to us at [email protected]: we always try to resolve things directly. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
